Beautifully designed hotel- somewhat MCM. Friendly staff. Free coffee all day long is a nice touch! Been here 3 nights and nobody has been in my room to clean it yet,- I guess that’s a post COVID thing. On my fourth day the room was cleaned well. I’d like to mention that the staff on the main level was excellent. I managed to spill coffee all over the place and they cleaned it without complaint. I felt really bad but they just dealt with it..professional.

*SPECTACULAR EXPERIENCE & LOCATION First but definitely not the last time I will use this brand of Hilton! From the first step in the front door I found this hotel so visually stimulating. The colors, signage and decor made my stress from a long day in the car instantly melt away. Very clean, comfortable and every staff member was helpful and smiling. I, obviously, highly recommend this location. Thank you for making me feel so welcome.

Came here for Valentine’s Day with my boyfriend and let me tell you one of the best hotels we’ve been too. Super clean, organized, new, the customer service from Deudley was 10/10 he knew every question we asked he was professional, sweet, caring & seemed to love his job. He deserved a raise as well as the cleaning ladies/staff. Room was spotless breakfast was delicious we had pancakes sausage and the cereal plus bread. I would 100% come back here and also the money we paid for 1 night was worth it.

First time in this brand of a Hilton. Was clean and comfy with a good breakfast More of a technology style hotel, clean lines, wooden floors etc

Stayed two nights. Nothing to complain about. Staff very accommodating! We did not partake of breakfast at hotel and went out instead, great location for our needs. Newer hotel. Would reserve again when in area.

10/10 recommend. Dudley, Andrea, Mr. Garcia, Seth, Jasmine, V, and Jessica are a few of the staff members I've met. They make you truly feel welcome. I always choose Hilton and after this trip I am a forever Hilton customer. My trip began when I called to confirm my reservation. Dudley was so sweet and helped me get confirmed. I checked in and met the new staff member Jazmine and she has the best demeanor. Welcoming and confident and made me feel like I was in the right place. She even told me about a great restaurant within walking distance. I met Andrea on day 3. She was serving up omelets for breakfast with a smile. She made it feel like we were old friends. Loved it. Seth was running the over night and he is a great employee. I wanted flavoured cream for my tea which had already been put away and he made sure I got what I needed. He is witty and professional. On day 4 my rooms AC went out but Dudley fixed it quickly. The manager I spoke to was as kind as his staff. Jessica, another manager, was just as professional and kind as everyone else. V had my room looking spotless and takes pride in doing a great job. Mr Garcia held the elevator door and made sure I didnt have to wait for a different elevator. Striking up friendly conversation is a way of life in this hotel. Never have I met such a fabulous staff. This is the only place to stay when visiting Port St. Lucie. They will make sure your trip is the best and will go above and beyond. I hope if you are reading this that you will choose this hotel because it will be the best decision you have made.

Wonderful hotel! Very clean, very welcoming employees, and I love the 24/7 complimentary coffee and tea! Only thing I may suggest is putting a microwave in each room but overall our stay was great! Location is also perfect and surrounded by so many food and dessert places! Also the view from our room was lovely.

Probably one of the cleanest hotels I’ve visited. The rooms are spacious and bathrooms were nice. The fitness room was clean, as well. I wish it was a little bigger, did run into a busy time there, but it was nice. Coffee bar in the lobby was always stocked.
